Community Service Information and Application
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION
You must be at least 16 years of age to complete your community service with us.
We do not accept violent offenses (battery, assault, etc.) and reserve the right to refuse other offences and applicants as we see fit.
You must provide ALL information in order for your application to be considered.

If you would like to complete your service at one of our thrift stores, you will need to apply in person at the store of your choice. Be sure to take your photo ID.
Our Melbourne Thrift Store is located at 790 S. Apollo Ave. Their hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. You can contact them directly at 321-327-8305.
Our Titusville Thrift Store is located at 4220 S. Washington Ave. and is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. You can contact them directly at 321-267-2210.
Community service is available at our Adoption Center located at 6305 Sisson Road in Titusville on a limited basis. Those wishing to complete service there must be available to start at 8 a.m. and be willing to assist with cleaning dog kennels and cat rooms.
The application below should only be completed by those who would like to volunteer at our adoption center.
